It's always funny how your boss(es) keep having the impression that you are naive enough to believe the bullshit and empty promises that they sprout from their sai kang.

For example...
boss: Moe, you must work to get this project sold to Ms. XXX. It will be the best for you and your career if she buys your ideas.
moe: ...yah.
boss: I think it should not be a problem for you to get it ready for presentation this Thursday...

* Today is Tuesday. *

moe: ...erm...
boss: No problem lah. I know you can do it, right?!? It will definitely boost your situation here in the company.
moe: ... (getting obviously annoyed by all these...)
boss: Remember, this project will be a definite help to your future... I will personally see to it.
