As some of you might have already known, I am looking to buy a new mobile phone to replace my Sony Ericsson T630. I happened to flip through the papers yesterday and saw an advertisement for Starhub MaxOnline services.

Starhub's bundling iPaqs (at reduced prices) with subscription to their MaxOnline Ultimate and 6500 plans! Wow! The iPaq 6818 costs only SGD99.00 with a 2-year subscription plan to the broadband service and the 6965 (which boasts an onboard GPS and WiFi functions) costs only SGD199.00!

Shucks! Anyone signing up for the services but do not want the phone?? Huh? Huh?? Heehee!

That time I sign up MaxOnline Ultimate, they gave me a laptop (which I am using now)for free (cost $1900+)or upgrade to a laptop cost about $2500+ at $200 only. I signed up, and have upgread of my laptop...hahaha

Hi Moe, I had a feel of the ipaq 6828 (with WiFi). It's quite small and nice. Would be a nice upgrade from my current Tungsten E. The 6818 model has no WiFi though and the 6965 is quite bulky (even though it has a QWERTY keyboard which can be useful at times). Upgraded my current connection to a 6500 plan as I don't think I'm a heavy user so Ultimate plan is out

Taz: Hey, good to hear from you again! I was 'lusting' after the 6965 for a while but, thinking back, I might not really make good use of the PDA features anyway... haiz!

To All: I have already bought my not-so-new new phone! It is the Nokia N70, so the model is not that new but it is definitely good enough for me!
